The GTA Grizzlies Football Club is a proud member of the OFC ( Ontario Football Conference) within the CJFL. Returning players are encouraged to complete their CCES, OFA insurance and pay fees. If you are interested in submitting your name for consideration to become a Grizzly, please fill out the FORM BELOW.

If you have left school, community football or you did not make your university team and you will be 22 years of age or under in the year 2024, then we would definitely like to hear from you!

To be officially registered you must:

Complete your OFA INSURANCE REGISTRATION

Complete your CCES drug seminar

Complete your PLAYER REGISTRATION

Provide a picture (headshot, no hat, BLACK SHIRT)

Provide Ontario HEALTH CARD (NOT EXPIRED)

Birth Certificate

Canadian Passport OR Permanent Resident Card
